Karima Williams- Naringi, Esq.

As Secretary of the Frederick Douglass Memorial Park Conservancy, Karima Williams-Naringi, graduated from Monroe College and obtained her law degree from Touro Fushcberg Law Center. She was born and raised in Staten Island, and brings her strong work ethic to the board of the Conservancy. 

Karima's journey into law began with a desire to help others a passion she attributes to her upbringing as the adoptive child of Victoria Naringi. Karima is passionate about preserving the rich history of African Americans and believes in the power of community engagement to foster awareness and appreciation for this legacy. Her dedication to social justice and her commitment to the park's mission make her an invaluable member of the team, as she works to create a vibrant space for honoring and celebrating African American culture.
